The Institute of Political Leadership emerged in 2006 from Delhi, founded by our Honourable Director Mr. Shahnawaz Chaudhary. Concerned about the lack of integrity in our political system, he began a program to improve the quality of political and governmental leadership at State and Central levels.
The sole purpose of this unique leadership institute is to produce better qualified, ethical, accessible and more representative public leaders in India. We provide leadership development for persons identified as having the potential to become future public leaders.
No other program offers such a comprehensive curriculum in strategic political leadership development. Selection is based on leadership potential and commitment — with absolutely no discrimination on the basis of race, sex, language, caste, region, religion or ideology.
